How to get access to the Actimizer API

To get access to the Actimizer API, you need to order a web service login from Actimizer through their support. When you receive the login they will also create a so-called UI user which you'll need to log in as and create a lead export view.

  1. Go to the 'Lead' tab
  2. Click on 'Create View'
  3. Add to Plecto

The default settings should be good enough - you should probably change the name from 'My custom view' to 'Plecto Lead Export'. If you have created any custom fields in Actimizer that you want to use in Plecto, select them under 'Lead statuses and results'.

Use the webservice login (not the UI user login) and the lead export view name in the Plecto UI to complete the setup.
